We guarantee that your order arrives in safe, perfect condition. If, for some reason, your product arrives broken or damaged, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can make immediate arrangements. Please include your order number within the email.
You have 24 hours from the time your package is dropped off on your doorstep to make any claims regarding breakage and melting. Claims received after 24 hours will not be considered. A photo of the damaged item may be required when claim is submitted by email.
If the return is due to our error or if the item is defective we will refund the original shipping cost and pay the return shipping costs. Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order at email@example.com for a return shipping label in these cases.
Exchanging an item at ALEXARODULFO.com If you wish to exchange product(s), please note that return and replacement shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. Return shipping is a service paid to a shipping courier so they will transport your authorized return to ALEXA RODULFO LLC. Replacement shipping is a service paid to a shipping courier so they will transport the replacement item to you.
If you return any used items we will not be able to accept your return and additional shipping will apply to return the opened, unsellable item to you.
Alexa Rodulfo is not responsible for items damaged, lost or stolen in transit. It is the responsibility of the sender to ensure the unused returned item is carefully packed, shipped and received in its original condition.
Items must be received in a resalable condition. SHIPPING COSTS TO AND FROM YOU WILL BE YOUR SOLE RESPONSIBILITY
Please send your return package via FEDEX or Parcel Post insured. Insurance protects you in case the items are damaged or lost in transit. Carefully package the items in the original shipping box or any suitable shipping carton using plenty of padding material to protect the product(s) and include a copy of your invoice.
IMPORTANT: Make sure the items are well protected and packaged similar to the way you received them. Whenever possible, use the same packaging that was used to ship the items to you. Items must be received in new/resalable condition for an exchange.
Once we receive your return package, we will exchange your product for one of a same value. Please note that we do not refund shipping charges on exchanged items.

We only ship via FEDEX. Please note that FEDEX will not deliver to P.O. Boxes, and APO/FPO addresses.
We are required by law to collect sales tax for deliveries to all states in which we do business. We will automatically calculate the tax rate according to the shipping address. Applicable sales tax (state and/or local) will be charged for deliveries to New York.

We want you to experience the maximum enjoyment and pleasure from our candles. We take great pride in making them using only the finest quality ingredients and materials. However, it’s very important that you burn candles responsibly to ensure their safe use.
Carefully follow these instructions:
- Remove all packaging before lighting.
- Do not let the candle burn more than 90 minutes per use.
- Ensure the wick is not more than 5 mm long at all times.
- Do not leave the candle burning unattended. Keep them within sight at all times.
- Place on a protected, heat-resistant, dry surface, away from anything that can catch fire, and out of reach of children and pets. or in front of an open window.
- Handle carefully to avoid damaging the outer surface and spilling hot wax.
- Do not move a burning or hot candle. Wait until wax is solidified.
- Do not burn the candle completely: maintain at least 3 cm wax base for safety.
- If smoking occurs, blow candle out. Trim wick(s), remove trimmings, and relight.
- Keep the wax pool free of wick trimmings, matches, or any combustible material. Keep the wick centered.
- Keep all matches and lighters out of the reach of children.
- Teach everyone in the family the rules of safe candle use.
